The King's Speech

by David Seidler
17 - 24 January 2026

The King’s Speech details the unlikely relationship that unfolds between a young royal and a tough aussie speech therapist, Lionel Logue. The stammering future King grapples with the ability to speak to and for the nation.
Based on the Academy Award winning film starring Colin Firth, this is the story of how King George VI overcame his fear of public speaking.

What our audiences say...

I was impressed by this group of actors with daytime jobs and limited rehearsal times succeeding in putting on a professional standard production worthy of many deserved awards
